Karen Rayner to work with Nobilis

Nobilis, the Hampshire based provider of quality care and support for people living in their own homes, has partnered with Independent Care Fees Specialist, Karen Rayner, Founding Partner at The Wealth Care Partnership, to deliver advice on paying for care.
