The Wealth Care Partnership (TWCP) is currently seeking high calibre IFAs to join their expanding team. Based in a rural setting in the New Forest, 10 miles from Salisbury, they are currently taking the business to the next level. Seeking professional, ambitious IFAs to share in their success and who want to be part of an award-winning and dynamic team. TWCP encourage applications from IFAs with proven success in their field. They are willing to consider different employment structures including salary based and self-employed contracts with rewarding financial packages on offer.

In addition there may be the opportunity for a discretionary bonus structure and in the future, an equity stake in the business for the right candidate.

For the successful candidate, a robust infrastructure with a high level of administration, paraplanning and business support, including strong marketing and lead generation will be available.

Since being established in 2007 the business has grown substantially. The firm has been shortlisted every year since 2007 for the Health Insurance Awards and has won the Best Long-Term Care Intermediary award four times being the current winner for 2014. The team have utilised their combined experience to become pioneering leaders in the field of later life advice and their current advisers are members of the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA) which is accredited by the Financial Services Skills Council.

The role will specialise in holistic financial planning for affluent clients on investments and tax planning, so proven relationship management experience within an IFA role and a broad knowledge of financial services is essential.

The ideal candidate will be an established, professional IFA with an existing client base or the potential and ability to build one. You will have experience of writing high levels of business and in addition be able to demonstrate:

A high volume of trail income;

• The ability to sustain and nurture long-term relationships;

• Capability to work with the support team in a collaborative way;

• The inter-personal skills required to deal with complex family dynamics and older clients;

• Experience in client advice which is compatible with TWCP’s services;

• The ability to challenge constructively;

• Seminar experience would be advantageous, but of more importance is the confidence to present and network with individuals and groups.

Client Relationship Adviser - Full Time - Permanent



The Wealth Care Partnership is an award-winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners who specialise in care fees advice, investment planning, equity release and inheritance tax solutions.

We have a clear goal in mind, to offer understanding and guidance every step of the way and thus help our clients make important financial decisions they will be happy with for many years to come.

Based in Fordingbridge, near Ringwood we provide a very personal service to our clients.

  • Office hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with one hour for lunch

  • FREE parking provided

  • Pension and Profit Related Pay Scheme after qualifying period

The Client Relationship Adviser will support the Client Relationship Manager and will focus on providing a high level of support to our potential and existing clients and referral partners. Delivering on promises and giving clients peace of mind.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:-

  • The day to day management of enquiries delivering a highly personal service - focusing on the unique situation of the client

  • Delivery of telephone client consultations to explore and discover more about the client and their hopes, dreams and financial goals

  • Supporting clients at each step of their journey on The Wealth Care Way

  • Support and accurate updating of client and referral information onto the CRM system

  • Develop, maintain and report on client enquiries

  • Assist with development of referral partner relationships

  • Event management including exhibitions, seminars, private dinners, charitable events

  • Support of the media, sponsorship & PR Plan

  • Development of relationships with the media - including issuing of press releases and articles

  • Presenting a positive and professional image of the organisation at all times by maintaining high level of service delivery

  • General administration

Person Specification

  • Proven ability and willingness to act according to client needs and requirements to enhance relationships

  • Experience of selling professional services with eye for detail

  • Client facing sales experience and account management

  • Passion for client relationship management and the delivery of a high quality personal service

  • Enthusiastic, flexible, highly organised with strong communication skills

  • Articulate, managing workload with the ability to be able to make decisions

  • Calm and professional with good listening skills and professional appearance

  • Can do attitude with the ability to 'source the solution’

  • Proven IT skills including database management

  • Active team player who is process driven and has strong empathy

  • Car driver
