The Wealth Care Partnership (TWCP) has won the “The Best Long-Term Care Intermediary” award for the third time in four years at the prestigious Health Insurance Awards held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 16th October.
The Health Insurance Awards is the leading industry event honoring excellence and professionalism in the health insurance market. The independent Judging Panel considered the shortlisted entries in depth, reviewing the supporting case studies which the entrants submitted to demonstrate excellence in customer care. The judges said "the winning entry showed clear evidence of doing a very genuine, thorough and personal job. Getting it right from the start is fundamentally important - and they did just that”.
Karen who was there to collect the award said, “I am delighted to receive this award on behalf of our amazing team of people, whose knowledge and understanding of the care system is second to none. This award recognises the very specialist area of financial advice and other guidance we give to people who are often in a crisis situation and it is very rewarding to be recognised for all we do.”
Based in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, The Wealth Care Partnership’s ethos is to consider each client as an individual with unique personal circumstances. Leaders in the field of Long Term Care advice, TWCP advisers are accredited with the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA). They specialise in helping those in later life with investment, tax planning (including Inheritance Tax (IHT), Immediate Care Plans (also known as Immediate Needs Annuities) and Equity Release.
Karen concluded, “We are working hard to raise the awareness of the need to talk to independent specialist care fees advisers as soon in the care journey as possible. The system is unfair and complex and we can make absolutely sure the decision makers have all the key facts and information before they embark on paying care fees.”
“With this award, we can continue to help more people to achieve peace of mind, choice and dignity in old age.”
TWCP has won the award on four separate occasions having been shortlisted for the last seven years.
